- A founding partner and long-time executive, Dhillon brings over two decades of cross-functional leadership, having served in roles spanning corporate strategy, marketing, regulatory affairs, and operations.
- Her promotion from Co-CEO marks a strategic move as Cargojet targets expansion in European and Asian markets. Executive Chairman Ajay Virmani praised her “customer-centric vision” and operational expertise, while Dhillon emphasised continuity, culture, and sustainable growth as key priorities in her new role.
Cargojet has announced the appointment of Pauline Dhillon as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Dhillon has been a founding partner of the company since its inception and brings over 24 years of experience across senior leadership roles. Over the course of her career, she has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Corporate Marketing & Government Affairs, Chief Corporate Officer, and, most recently, Co-CEO.
She has led key corporate functions spanning human resources, finance, and information technology, regulatory affairs, strategic customer management, charter sales, revenue optimisation, maintenance, and stakeholder engagement. Dhillon has also played a pivotal role in building a strong leadership team to support Cargojet’s continued growth.
