On Monday, April 10th, MIREMAR S.A., your Pangea and Connecta partner in Uruguay, received recertification as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO).

Established in 1999, MIREMAR is a family-owned company with offices situated in the Cargo Terminal of Carrasco Airport. The company initially acquired the AEO certification on July 29th, 2019. Since then, MIREMAR has demonstrated its strong commitment to maintaining its security management system.

Recently, on March this year, the company underwent another audit where it reconfirmed its dedication to ensuring the security of the supply chain and compliance with the AEO Program. Consequently, based on the prevailing regulations, the audit team recommended that MIREMAR be recertified.
