• Logistics UK makes three new appointment announcements as it aims to ‘strengthen its senior leadership team.’
• Verity Davidge and Jenny MacMillan OBE both join the organisation from Make UK, and will start roles as Executive Directors of Campaigns, and Performance and Governance respectively in mid-November.
• Ben Garrett has taken on a new role of Chief External Affairs Officer after a few months as interim Director of Campaigns.

Business group Logistics UK has added to its senior leadership team with three new key appointments. Verity Davidge and Jenny McMillan OBE join the organisation from Make UK in mid-November as Executive Directors of Campaigns and Performance & Governance respectively, while Ben Garratt takes on a new role as Chief External Affairs Officer.

Verity Davidge was previously Director of Policy and Public Affairs at Make UK, where she played a leading role in securing government commitment to an industrial strategy and ensuring that the views of Make UK’s members were represented to the government and wider policy makers. Jenny McMillan was Make UK’s Business Performance Director for eight years, overseeing its business strategy and business performance, as well as leading delivery of major services and managing external governance arrangements.
