- Priority Courier Experts has acquired Atlanta-based INPAX Shipping Solutions, expanding its same-day logistics network across the southeastern United States.
- INPAX operates in seven markets with more than 335 independent-contractor drivers and 75 employees, completing over 400,000 annual orders.
- The acquisition adds parcel, e-commerce, healthcare logistics, brokerage, distribution and regional freight capabilities to PCE’s platform.
Priority Courier Experts (“PCE”), a provider of same-day logistics services backed by Trident Management and Bluejay Capital, has acquired INPAX Shipping Solutions, an Atlanta-based logistics provider.
Why it matters: The deal gives PCE instant scale in the Southeast, a fast-growing region for logistics solutions, and adds a proven operator with deep customer relationships.
