• The European Freight Forwarders Congress will take place in Bucharest from 18–20 May 2026, combining the 16th SEEFF Congress and the 2nd FIATA REU Field Meeting under FIATA patronage, bringing together over 150 delegates from 22 countries across Europe and the wider region.
• Organised by Romania’s Freight Forwarders Association (USER), the event is themed “United for Regional Progress in Logistics” and will gather freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport operators and logistics providers alongside major institutional stakeholders.
• Across three days, the programme will focus on B2B engagement and industry dialogue around digitalisation, infrastructure constraints and supply chain resilience, with participation from bodies including the European Commission (DG MOVE), FIATA, CLECAT, IATA and TAPA EMEA.

From 18-20th May 2026, the European freight forwarding community will converge in Bucharest for a landmark industry event: the European Freight Forwarders Congress. Held under the prestigious patronage of FIATA, this event combines the 16th SEEFF Congress (South Eastern European Freight Forwarders Association) and the 2nd FIATA REU Field Meeting (Region Europe).

Under the theme “United for Regional Progress in Logistics,” the congress is organized by the Freight Forwarders Association of Romania (USER).
